All recipes are exclusively designed by the Belgian topchef Peter Goossens of the 3 Michelin stared restaurant ‘Hof van Cleve’. Peter Goossens’ contemporary cuisine is an enduring tribute to great taste, rich flavours and creativity. His challenge was to incorporate Guylian’s quality ingredients – milk, white and dark Belgian chocolate, hazelnuts and the in house made roasted hazelnut praliné filling - into great tasting new delicacies.

The menu consists of a wide assortment of cold and hot chocolate drinks and coffees; chocolate desserts, ice cream and Belgian specialties; breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes.
